Lindsay Eckert grew up reporting—from the driver’s seat of her Barbie Jeep—on hard-hitting topics such as rocks, dirt, and neighbors working in the yard. She later headed to Bloomington, Ind.—sans Barbie Jeep, of course—for a master’s degree at the IU School of Journalism. A career in TV news at WISH-TV followed, and a desire to write at length never wavered. Lindsay made the move to print journalism as the lifestyle editor at Kokomo Tribune, where she wrote local features about the people and places that make small communities thrive. She can now be heard on WWKI's morning show, Kevin and Lindsay in the Morning, where she will also be the station's website writer. She lives in Noblesville.
