Sleeping With A Daisy

I love when something natural can be used in place of chemicals.  So, here’s something to try if you’re having trouble sleeping at night.   

Pot a Gerbera Daisy and put it on you nightstand next to your bed.   NASA says the plant gives off oxygen overnight … which is said to improve your sleep.   Love that.  You’ll want to put it in front of a window because it needs bright light.

It’s worth a try.

 An added benefit is that it’s also great at removing benzene, a known cancer-causing chemical.
