It’s so hard to stay on a diet when we’re stuck indoors most of the time. If you have the television on it’s even harder. Advertisers are always pushing sandwiches, cookies, and nachos we’re not hungry for until they show them to us. Most of us walk into our houses from the garage almost directly into the kitchen.
