It’s so hard to stay on a diet when we’re stuck indoors most of the time. If you have the television on it’s even harder. Advertisers are always pushing sandwiches, cookies, and nachos we’re not hungry for until they show them to us. Most of us walk into our houses from the garage almost directly into the kitchen. Location … location … uggg …

Can’t move the door … though, I once heard Dr. Phil say that he started entering his home through the front door so that he wouldn’t grab a snack every time he arrived home.

So, what do we do? I found a few lists of suggestions … like …

Keep junk foods out of the house …

Brush your teeth …

Drink water …

Call a friend …

I’ve tried all of those … they didn’t work. However what has worked?
