National Drink Wine Day: Our 9 Favorite Indianapolis Wineries & Tasting Rooms

National Drink Wine Day is Saturday, February 18th

National Drink Wine Day is celebrated annually on February 18 across the United States and this Saturday it's going to be 60+ degrees outside! So, we think this is the PERFECT opportunity to get out of the house and wine down at our favorite central Indiana wineries!

According to nationaldrinkwineday.org, the purpose of National Drink Wine Day is to spread the love and health benefits of wine.  "Wine has played an important role in history, religion and relationships.  We embrace the positive benefits of wine such as new friends, reduced risk of heart disease and the enhancement of food and life." So grab a friend, share the love and a bottle at these 9 Indy Wineries:

Easley Winery

Located downtown since 1974 and one of the oldest family-owned wineries in the state, Easley offers over 20 different wines, including the popular Reggae Red and Reggae Blush!

Did you know Easley Winery is on track to bottle 180,000 gallons of wine this year?

Peace Water Winery

The Peace Water Tasting Room is right on Main Street in the Arts and Design District of Carmel. The interior decor is the perfect mix of class and boho and the wine is to die for. The Carmel native family handcrafts their wines in Napa Valley, then brings them back home to Indiana for our sipping pleasure. Best yet, when you visit "Give Wall" and learn about the causes you help support with every purchase! Whenever you buy a bottle you get a token to indicate which charity you would like your portion of the profits to benefit!
