The Key To Better Sleep: Keep 1 Foot Uncovered

No way I'm doing this.  I have to have essentially everything except my face under the covers (or else monsters might get me).  In all seriousness...could you imagine sleeping with 1 (or even both) foot outside the covers? 

Sleep researchers say doing that may help you sleep better and fall asleep faster.
