Just read this thing that said the new health craze to try is...
Rolling downhill-like a log.
It's being done at a handful of senior communites. Participants claim its therapeutic like yoga.. and may even have the power to relieve all sorts of health problems...ranging from cancer to Parkinson's.
The explaination: the body absorbs much needed energy and negative ions from the grass.
Negative ions from the grass? Puh-leeze! I don't doubt that rolling downhill like a log is helpful for senior citizens, but I just don't buy the negative ions in the grass thing. I think it has more to do with acting like a kid, staying physically active, etc...
So will we see you doing this on a hill in your neck of the woods anytime soon?
