I try to avoid laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and personal care items... like shampoo & toothpaste at the grocery.  Maybe I'm wrong..but those items always seem to cost more there.  But they didn't make the list of the Ten Things Not to Buy at the Grocery Store.  Here's what did...

  1. Salad dressing
  2. Gift cards
  3. Greeting cards
  4. Name brand spices
  5. Flowers
  6. Party supplies
  7. Lunchables
  8. Batteries
  9. Bottled water
  10. Diapers
