1. Eligibility
A. B105.7 contesting is open to all legal U.S Residents except full or part-time employees of Emmis Communications, its subsidiaries, and their families, and employees, participating sponsors and promotional partners. Other radio stations in the Indianapolis, metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
B. No purchase is necessary to play and win.
C. No more than one member of a household is eligible to win or participate in a contest sponsored by B105.7 WYXB within a sixty-day period.
D. Persons must be at least 18 years of age to play, unless specified otherwise.
E. Contest is void where prohibited.
F. No prior employees or people that have been employed by Emmis Communications within twelve months of contest date are eligible.
2. The Prizes and Taxes
A. Values of prizes are subject to change at discretion of B105.7and all parties involved.

C. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no requested substitutions are allowed.
D. All daily qualifying prizes expire 30 days from date won, or on date of event.
E. Winner is solely responsible for:
1. Transportation to and from any location, unless specified otherwise by Emmis Communications.
2. All taxes incurred on all prizes won.
3. Providing Valid Identification in order to claim prize, travel or fly, within or out of the United States
3. Winner Release
By playing this contest, contestants give B105.7 WYXB FM permission to use his or her names and/or any likeness in any photographs, print, video, or audio tapes for publicity purposes with no further compensation.
4. List of Winners
A list of prize winners will be available after all prizes are given away and may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: B105.7 Promotions, 40 Monument Circle Suite 400, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
5. Claiming the Prize
A. Winner must provide two forms of valid identification (drivers license, birth certificate, state-issued ID, social security card, major credit card) to claim their prize.
B. B105.7 is not required to honor other forms of identification or any identification that has been tampered with or altered.
C. Winner must claim prize at 40 Monument Circle, Indpls IN 46204 weekdays between the hours of 9am and 5pm, (excluding Holidays and Weekends)
D. Winner must sign claim sheet after proof of ID is shown, accepting all prizes won, and in doing so acknowledges any and all tax liability.
6. Shot Caller Clause
A. Emmis Communications is not held liable in the event of legal problems during travel.
B. Emmis Communications is not held liable in the event or any personal injury or property damage after prize has been accepted.
C. Emmis Communications is not held liable in the event of any technical problems with the phone line, during a call in contest or otherwise.
C. Emmis Communications is not held liable for improper identification while traveling in, leaving or entering the United States.
D. In the event that the required transportation is missed, Emmis Communications is not held liable for additional costs of travel.
E. All decisions made by B105.7 WYXB FM management are final.
F. All rules are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice.
G. Contest can be terminated by B105.7 WYXB FM at any time without prior notice.
H. Emmis Communications shall have the sole right to interpret the rules.
I. Emmis Communication's interpretation of the rules shall be final and binding upon all participants.
