We’ve got an indoor plant that is sure to fit almost every lifestyle! Add these indoor plants into your home and start breathing in fresher air!

Snake Plant

Care Level: Easy

Air-Purifying: Filters chemicals like benzene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, xylene, and toluene

Pet Friendly: No

Not only does this plant have leaves that resemble the look of snakeskin, but it is also very easy to care for! This plant is about as low-maintenance as it comes. It doesn’t require much watering and it can survive in lower light levels. If you live in an apartment or somewhere that doesn’t have much natural sunlight, this is the plant for you!

Aloe Vera looks great, is very healing, and is super easy to care for. The ‘juice’ from the Aloe Vera has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that are very healing for cuts, sunburns, and skin conditions. Care instructions include putting it in a medium sunlight spot and watering it every so often. Aloe loves to have very very dry soil so if you are someone who forgets to water your plants frequently, this is the perfect plant for you!

This plant is very vine-like and can grow up to ten feet long! It looks gorgeous on a shelf or hanging planter, especially with its heart-shaped leaves! It does not require much sunlight or watering and is hardy compared to most plants.

This tree is so easy to take care of that you may think it’s fake! Despite the name of it being a rubber tree, it is in fact a real plant that is great for filtering the air! These trees are great for new plant parents because they don’t need much water, can thrive in partial sunlight, and can tolerate some degree of neglect compared to most plants. If you travel a lot, are not very good at remembering to water your plants, or you’re just becoming a plant parent for the first time, this would be a great plant for you!
