Is Your Phone Ruining Your Relationships?

There is Value in Putting Your Phone Away

If you are like most people, your phone is probably in your hand right now or it is within reach.  We are attached to our phones.  Our phones can be a one-stop place for any information we need and connect us to the world around us.
