The Soup & Salad You'll Be 'Russian' To Try

Russian Food. Live Jazz. Classical Music.

My apologies for the title :)

Gregory's Russian Restaurant may be Indy's only full service Russian eatery. The live piano music is a little unexpected, yet charming.

The food -- comforting and perfect for a cold winter day.  I'm not sure I had ever experienced Russian food, beyond Chicken Kiev.

You'll find a lot of meat and starch, stick to your ribs sort of things... but it was a soup and salad that I most enjoyed "putin" in my mouth (I just had to work in one more pun).
