The 3 Most Achievable Resolutions

If, like me… you haven’t really made any New Years Resolutions, let’s grab the low hanging fruit together.  I have the top 3 most achievable resolutions:

3) Cooking at home more.  Life coaches say you’re likely to stick to this one because unlike working out, which can take a long time to see results… cooking at home, will give you an immediate sense of accomplishment and you’ll see pretty quick results in your bank account with the money you’re saving over going out or ordering in.

2) Less screen time.  This is a pretty easy one because you can start small and keep everyone in your house accountable… i.e. a good place to start – no phones during dinner… and that goes for whether you’re dinning in or out.

And the most achievable resolution, according to a group of life coaches...

1) The resolution to bring more excitement into your life and make special memories with your family… without breaking the bank.  Money doesn’t always equal fun.  Have a progressive dinner with some neighbors… apps at your houe, entrée at another, and so on.  Game night.  Homemade pizza night.  And the list goes on and on.  They even suggest just googling family fun activities near me.

So, there you have it… good luck with those or any other resolutions you might be pursuing.  Read more here.
