Where do I pick up my prize?
Prizes can be picked up at our studios located at 40 Monument Circle.
We are open from 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday. Please bring a Photo ID with you to claim your prize.

NOTE: We may be closed on holidays or due to weather. Please call ahead at 317.266.9700 if you’re unsure.
 

I won concert tickets. When will they be ready to be picked up?

We do not receive concert tickets until TWO WEEKS prior to the show date. If your show is more than two weeks away, please check back at a later time.

 

The concert I won tickets to is this week and I haven’t heard anything – how do I get my tickets?

I can’t make it down to your studios. Can someone else pick up my prize for me?
YES someone can pick up your prize for you – they just need at copy of your Photo ID. You can take a photo of your ID and text it to the person picking up your prize as a copy.
 

I was told someone would call me about my prize, but haven’t heard anything. What can I do?

How long do I have to pick up my prize?
Prizes expire after the date of the event has passed (concert tickets, etc.) OR 30 days from the date they were won. After 30 days we cannot guarantee that a prize will still be available to be picked up.
