Saturday, February 9th, is National Pizza Day!
One of my favorite dinners parties that I’ve ever attended was when the hostess created pizza dough from scratch and set out every pizza topping you could ever wish for on the counter ready for guest’s to add to their pizzas.
As guests arrived they were given their portion of the dough to spread out and top any way they wanted to.
The aroma that night as we sipped wine and chatted was amazing. Once the pizzas were baked we shared each others creations. It was a fantastic evening.
