You can tell when it’s too hot for your feet, but what about when it comes to your dog’s paws? I heard about this simple way to determine if it’s okay for your pooch …
Place the back of your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds. If it’s too hot for the back of your hand, experts say it could be too hot for your dog’s paws. So unless you get your dog some Nike running shoes, it might be best to keep him or her inside.
