Today — the recipe for more satisfaction in the bedroom has a surprising ingredient. That ingredient – gratitude.
New research finds gratitude motivates you to better meet the needs of your partner in the bedroom and those who feel appreciated by their partner and appreciative toward their partner… those couples tend to have stronger intimate bonds.
So, how can you be intentional about incorporating gratitude into your relationship? I can tell you how we do it. Every night before we go to bed, we share three appreciations with each other. The cool thing about that too is it changes how you see your entire relationship… your entire world. It encourages you to scan the environment for the positive. You’re looking for things to appreciate about your partner…and we now know how else the research says that can help your relationship.
