We All Complain, But How Much Is Too Much?

Tune Up Tuesday!  In addition to hosting mornings on B105.7, I work in the afternoons as a licensed therapist and on Tuesday mornings I share a nugget or two you might be able to use to sort of “tune up” your relationship.

This morning – We all complain on occasion, but how much complaining is too much when it comes to relationship health?  If you’re looking for a rule, 5 to 1.  They’ve researched this and found that for every negative interaction in your relationship, like complaining… there needs to be 5 positive ones.
